This team is focused on helping small and medium sized businesses grow by optimizing their advertising across a family of apps and services. The team is looking for candidates that are responsible for helping clients drive business results on social media through support, consultation, and education. Ideal candidates will have the ability to provide strong customer service and the ability to roll up their sleeves to support our clients. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; flexibility to move between clients and teams; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. We're looking for someone to join our team for a year that can easily shift between teams when needed.


  • Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies
  • Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales and sales support in service of client goals and needs
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain revenue spend, remove blockers, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize requests within book of business based on understanding of client needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner; leverage support and escalation channels independently to address client concerns and issues
  • Exhibit flexibility to move to multiple teams and support different books of business throughout the role based on business need
  • Build proficiency and working knowledge of company solutions. Understand the value of our solutions and support clients’ strategies on social media.
  • Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
  • Interact with pod, team, and clients in operational and executional manner to get tasks done and ensure our clients are satisfied
  • Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and clients business model
  • Exhibit resourcefulness and answer client questions that arise through self education and discovery
  • Commitment to work on the Scaled team for one year

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships
  • BA/BS degree or Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
  • Experience working and collaborating within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital media
  • Entrepreneurial and experience dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
