About the Team, we're building a team of Qualitative researchers at all levels, starting with 3 yrs Corporate research experience. This is the FIRST Sr. Manager role.

We build the tools our merchants need to select the very best products to help our customers live better. We also make the services and systems our 1.2 million employees need to do their jobs in our stores and throughout our entire supply chain.


As a Senior Manager II in Design Research, you will lead a team of researchers across different business units to help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience designs. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to both coach your team and individually collaborate with partners, facilitate conversations, run design sprints, and conduct generative and evaluative research. You will use your great strengths in storytelling to share your research point of view in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You will work with partners to determine a shared plan forward to addresses research goals and questions across complex business areas


As a Senior Manager II on the Customer experience team, you represent the perspective of our customers to help understand their needs, motivations, and pain points to inform omni-channel commerce products and experiences. You will oversee a team of researchers and collaborate with partners to inform product strategy and research methodology to inform our omni-channel customer experiences.

Crafting a strategic research roadmap that pulls from a broad toolkit of in-person and remote research methods including interviews, un-moderated studies, field studies, participatory design, co-creation, diary studies, surveys, and usability testing.

Proactively soliciting and leveraging competitive research, data, and analytics to inform design and business strategy.
