Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful, strategic Copywriter to join the team as we invent new ways of discovering and shopping for vehicles online. This is a hands-on role, where strategy and craft are needed in equal amounts.

In this role you will be part of a small, nimble team that creates customized campaigns and shopping experiences for vehicle-buyers that encourage our customers to go from “zero-to-garage” with the least amount of friction. You will propose and crafting campaigns (and their copy) with an approachable tone that enables customers to become informed, confident shoppers. This will require tackling some of the most intriguing problems in the communication space, while managing expectations of customers, auto manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

This role requires functional expertise coupled with an ability to see around corners, and the capacity to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end functional solutions that will scale across multiple touchpoints and modalities, including new media.

If you enjoy inventing brand-new customer experiences and solving challenging problems, we want to meet you!

Basic Qualifications:
· Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in copywriting. This should also include your strategic approach and process.
· 6+ years of experience as a Copywriter in content, advertising and product (could be ad product) environments.
· Experience with digital media, eCommerce, search, social, and other major application types and their unique language patterns/requirements.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially to senior executives and ability to write consistently with different tones for different targets and audience

Preferred Qualifications:
· Expertise in the automotive vertical.
· Experience creating verbal/language UX hierarchies (VUX), with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices.
· Experience working in multi-disciplinary product teams (think: UX, tech)
· Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
