Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and senior Marketing Project Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns and projects that support business growth objectives. This candidate will partner closely with senior Marketing Leadership to understand key missions and execute programs that drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new assets including advertising, landing pages, emails, social media posts, etc.
Develop comprehensive creative briefs that define goals and objectives, target audience, key messaging and visual direction for all initiatives
Lead marketing programs; Direct and motivate Editorial, Design, Digital and Corporate Functional teams to ensure programs are properly developed and executed
Route materials through Compliance and incorporate comments.
Set KPI’s with Sales and Marketing Leadership to drive measurable results
Establish strong working relationships with in-house media teams, Sale Leads, Product Management, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams
Support Head of Global Marketing Services on execution of Marketing Operations tasks and initiatives, including budget oversight, procurement of new vendors and oversight of our workflow management platform.
Qualifications
Seasoned marketer with in-depth knowledge of the industry and investment products; Financial services marketing experience is a must
Previous experience working in a sales-driven, multi-channel, distribution environment
Ability to apply traditional as well as new and unique marketing approaches
Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to mobilize resources and build cooperative working relationships combined with the ability to take ownership and drive results
Strong written and oral communication skills
An independent, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Must be comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
Education/Experience
5+ years of experience in Financial Marketing Project or Campaign Management institutional marketing or retail marketing to financial advisors
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
