Position Overview
Engaging human-centered, purpose-led and design thinking processes, you will lead a creative team in the
development of an end-to-end new brand experience from the purpose of the brand to the look, feel, tone and
significant signature experiences across multiple platforms.


Key expectations, responsibilities and qualifications
o You possess a deep understanding of a human-centered, need-finding design process
o You craft strategies and stories that define the foundation of our brand experiences
o You have the ability and the expertise to shape and develop a strategic, design-led brand position
o You have deep and demonstrated experience leading cross functional team members with a variety of skills
such as digital design, brand and graphic design, insights and strategy and industrial design
o With your human-centered mindset, you build brands through purpose and human needs

Requirements
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field
o A minimum of 7 - 9 years in design and/or directly related experience
o An active interest and knowledgeable understanding of developing brand experiences and addressing
business needs with design
o Excellent storytelling and writing skills
o Ability to communicate complex and critical ideas simply, with tight focus and clarity to both internal and
external partners
o Superior organizational skills
o Project management of the directed work including the project budget
o An inspired attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and follow-through
