Job Description
The Halo audio team is currently looking for a Production Coordinator to help us continue to strive for high quality audio. This person will improve and maintain our current tracking information and support communication with other departments. Work closely with all audio disciplines on various tasks and needs for our projects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, who can contribute innovative ideas and collaborate on a diverse team.

Responsibilities​

Help manage schedules for handoffs between audio team, outsourcing vendors, marketing, and game team.
Track and prep outsourced assets for Music, SFX, and Dialogue. 
Support multi-department communication on timelines and information. 
Prep audio DAW sessions for recording & gathering in game materials. 
Organization and management of internal audio documents and assets.
Minimum Qual​ifications and Skills

At least 3 years’ professional experience in game audio, or equivalent. 
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple departments and outsource partners.
Attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. 
Experience and knowledge in audio, music, dialogue recording and editorial. 
Understanding of audio production workflows. 
Passionate and driven individual that enjoys working in a team environment. 
Production experience: Tracking, scheduling, and overseeing recording sessions. 
Knowledge in task tracking and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office. 
Technical troubleshooting skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Haves​​
Has shipped at least 1 AAA game title. 
Experience using audio editing tools and software (Such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Nuendo.) 
Experience with game audio middleware (Such as Wwise or FMOD.) 
Experience with game engines (Such as Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines.) 
Knowledge of scripting languages (Such as LUA, XML, Visual scripting.)
