Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced designer to lead the creation of user experiences for several new products aimed at re-inventing how millions of our partners engage with each other. This designer will thrive in a white space environment where they bring original ideas and fresh approaches to create elegant experiences for an entire suite of new products. Millions of partners will use these new products globally on a daily basis. These products form a key touch point and shape sellers’ perception towards the company. They will play a pivotal role in establishing design and user experience standards for all new products developed under the broader Communities org. They will advocate for accessible design and always strive to work backwards from customer problems and needs. Finally, this designer will mentor and guide more junior designers working on other initiatives within the broader Communities org. We care about your career growth too. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant user experiences that delight our partners and internal users

• Use business requirements, usability findings, customer research, and market analysis to develop scenarios, use cases, and requirements

• Design wireframes, interactions, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes

• Craft customer experiences across multiple platforms, including web, app, text, email, and video

• Present design options to end users, key stakeholders, and product teams for review and feedback

• Conduct usability testing to assess the success of prototypes and products

• Collaborate with data scientists to gather and analyze data in order to glean insights to continually improve experiences for our sellers

• Quickly iterate on multiple design options to arrive at elegant and intuitive solutions for complex requirements

• Manage ambiguity, work independently and collaboratively within teams, and switch between different tasks in an agile environment
