Job Description:

The person in this role will drive customer engagement for one of our newest product lines, using Client's marketing placements and traffic channels with strong focus in Outbound marketing.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable thinking strategically, generating innovative ideas for optimizing customer experience, as well as ensuring tactical details are executed. They will have deep experience in consumer product marketing and merchandising, and demonstrated ability to create and drive scalable marketing processes. They will know how to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. They will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience working in marketing with experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion, with 3+ year experience in Email Marketing.
Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, legal and merchandising teams
Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes.
Experience using data to test hypotheses and measure success and aptitude to analyze, communicate and present metrics effectively to support recommendations.
High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytic and quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL.
Experience identifying customer insights to develop strategic inputs to creative and technical briefs.
Self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
An ability to think big with a passion for diving deep into data to guide strategic decision making
