About the Job
We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to build an unstoppable, insanely efficient engine to fuel the growth of the company. We're looking for an expert in his or her field that can be the next great addition to our team - smart, driven, fun to work with, and someone we can depend on to help us in this adventure.
You will unite all our team efforts under a cohesive campaign umbrella, bringing the Sales and Marketing teams into alignment toward a common goal of building a business footprint in terms of both name recognition and clients. Leverage existing content marketing assets and work with the team to create new assets and communication plans that will successfully impact our overall Go-To-Market Strategy.


Areas of Primary Responsibility

Develop and execute an enterprise multi-channel demand generation strategy that is aligned with the sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals

Collaborate with Sales and GTM team to create MQL and pipeline goals, develop and maintain a mutually agreed-upon marketing methodology, and continually tweak processes to increase engagement with existing and new customers

Own ABM program across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel to create a predictable and healthy demand engine. Achieve engagement goals with named/targeted accounts

Create demand gen programs for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities, provide late-stage opportunity support to help close deals, and developing advocacy programs to achieve high retention

Continuously optimize program performance and quality, analyzing data/results and working in a close feedback loop with all stakeholders to cost-effectively drive pipeline
Collaborating with the SMEs, VP of Sales, Head of Marketing and fellow Marketing team members to define integrated marketing program strategies including webinars, content, conferences, email marketing (drip and nurture), print and display to capture new leads and meet revenue forecasts
Build ad-hoc reports or dashboards as needed.

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience

10+ years of demand generation experience with Technology/Cloud/SaaS/Enterprise Software companies. Experience in the order-to-cash ecosystem is preferred.
Experience successfully creating and running integrated marketing campaigns, leading a demand gen function and meeting/exceeding lead or engagement targets
Expertise in marketing automation and experience with marketing operations tools that power email campaigns, landing page development and lead nurturing (specifically Hubspot, Salesforce, Terminus)
Demonstrated creative thinking with ability to develop new programs that expand the pipeline
Deep analytical mind dedicated to obsessively tracking and improving KPIs. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, loosely structured, highly dynamic environment
Highly effective communication skills with exceptional EQ who can work effectively both within the Marketing team as well as Sales, Customer Success and other teams
Experience in marketing in Series A/B startups preferred
