Job Description:

Summary:
The main function of Marketing Manager on the Public Affairs team is to help support marketing activities for various campaigns - this could include: partnering with research to explore opportunities, working with our Creative team to build and iterate on concepts for production, and working closely on the execution + campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities:
• Set clear expectations for project timelines - track progress and drive accountability with our cross-functional team
• Facilitate key meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, establish clear next steps and owners, and resolve blocks that impede progress
• Manage the team's creative budget - and work collaboratively to measure the impact of campaigns both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for the Public Affairs creative program across: product, creative, communications, policy, research and content strategy teams

Skills:
• Strong organizational, project management and collaboration skills
• Experience managing large, complex marketing programs within a cross-functional environment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

Education/Experience:
• BA/BS Degree
• 5 years work experience in marketing, operations or program management
