Job Description:

Our client, a well-known healthcare provider is seeking a Writer to support them for a variety of executive communications for their Board of Directors.  In this role, you would be working on an as-needed basis to provide support for projects that will require content to be turned around within agreed upon deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Communications Director to gather request information from executive leadership
  • Develop press releases, briefings and written materials
  • Create talking points for event speeches-both internal and external-such as company meetings,  conferences, and events
  • Research, write and edit executive communications and work through revisions to achieve optimal final product.


Desired candidates will bring:

  • 3+ years in marketing, communications and/or executive support, agency or a corporate PR experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal skills with a demonstrable passion for communications
  • Experience partnering with clients to deliver projects on time and within requested parameters
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a flexible, as-needed project basis
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for healthcare and the role of providers
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, often under time pressure, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail

Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of Covid vaccination and booster completion
