Job Description:

• Support the development and execution of the Client Retail Online video strategy.
• Collaborate with various teams to bring together all video use cases and platform requirements for
the product teams.
• Define video KPIs and work with analytics and technical teams to enable required tracking, and
create reports and dashboards.
• Develop monthly video performance analysis and recommendations for optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with online merchandising, product management, and video programs
teams to align on editorial plan, placements, measurement, optimization, and technical roadmaps.
• Support video integrations across Client Retail Online platforms and third party video web sites.
• Track and share video marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitive benchmarking.

Key Qualifications:
• 5-10 years experience in video marketing programs or digital content strategy for a consumer brand
or agency.
• Highly knowledgeable in video industry trends and video marketing best practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Highly collaborative team player.
• Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
