Job Description:

Sitting within the Studio Operations organization, the Production Technology Partnerships & Outreach team proactively engages and supports the creative production community to help improve quality and efficiency across the industry, while helping it evolve. We do this by collaborating with our vendors and production partners across VFX, Virtual Production, Post and Dubbing to help educate, promote and celebrate the industry. Team members in Outreach Comms collaborate with global internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and technology partners to execute a variety of promotional activations.

● Evaluate and fulfill inbound marketing, promotional and awards-related requests from VFX/Post/Dubbing vendors, technology manufacturers, industry organizations, BTL talent and industry press.
● Align with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (in pr, marketing, content and awards) to execute marketing and communications initiatives, including reels, press briefings, web stories, videos, events and social.
● Aid in presentation preparation for internal and external subject matter experts, reviewing content and securing IP clearances.

● 5+ years of pr, marketing, and communications experience within the entertainment technology, post or vfx industry
● Culturally sensitive, with a history of collaborating cross-functionally with a diverse range of global stakeholders
● Strong organizational, time management and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach
● Ability to multitask, be flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
● A highly collaborative team player, you are also a motivated self-starter who can work independently and make sound judgment calls
● Interest in technology that promotes efficiency and scalability (such as Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, etc)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Working knowledge of production, post and/or VFX technology and workflows is a plus
● Communication skills in a language other than English is a plus
