The Opportunity 
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Adobe Studio, the creative and production arm of the Adobe global marketing organization! Passionate about our craft, this team of high energy creative directors, writers, designers, editors, video producers and Studio managers delivers dynamic, engaging and award-winning content across Adobe marketing channels and major events. 
 

What you'll Do 
Studio Managers are the communications hub for their teams, working with creative directors and cross-functional teams to deliver effective, quality work meeting program objectives. They ensure that Studio projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. They champion collaboration and are the single point of contact between the creative team and partners. Studio Managers drive the entire creative production process, from consulting on briefs to resourcing and outsourcing, production, asset delivery, and archiving. In this role you will: 
 

●      Manage multiple marketing communications projects, tracking and reporting on progress and status.

●      Negotiate and own the schedule, budget and resource planning to ensure that the Studio team is set for success.

●      Build relationships and work closely with partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.

●      Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve with the extended team, while keeping all parties informed and tracking.

●      Identify roles and responsibilities at project outset, to clearly understand and set expectations, while also ensuring a streamlined and efficient program delivery.

●      Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony.

What you need to succeed 

●      Experience managing projects that include high-profile events

●      Ability to manage projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization.

●      Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

●      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.

●      Understanding of the creative process, from initial objective setting to creative concepting, design and production.

●      Ability to think strategically about communications objectives and strategies.

●      BA/BS degree and direct project management experience within a marketing organization or ad agency.

●      Skilled in usage of Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Workfront preferred.
