Job Description:

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to be part of a dynamic team that contributes to taking our client's marketing efforts to the next level. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with other internal business units to plan, project manage and execute marketing campaigns to promote the use of the Company's energy efficiency products, technologies and services to large scale commercial clients.

Location preference: within commutable distance of NYC, as this role will be onsite

-Project plans, develops, manages, and executes for fully-integrated marketing plans.
-Determines project objectives and develops internal consensus for positioning.
-Designs and writes marketing plans/briefs outlining specific marketing activities to support business, sales, and marketing initiatives.
-Coordinate with various internal and external constituents, including prioritization, delegation, and monitoring of tasks.
-Executes the plan.
-Performs post-program analysis independently or in conjunction with Business Intelligence resources.
-Manages day-to-day activity of ongoing marketing programs.
-Contributes to strategic marketing discussions with business areas.

-Demonstrates the ability to coordinate and manage projects across multiple teams or groups
-Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to department goals
-Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain relationships at a variety of levels both internally and externally
-Demonstrates strong detail orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines.
-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills; strong inter-personal skills.
-Demonstrates strong production coordination skills including facilitating meetings, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, problem solving, and escalating issues as appropriate
-Demonstrates a working knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices and the ability to apply it to projects
-Demonstrates experience briefing and reviewing creative work/agencies (both print and on-line/digital)
-Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relatable experience; experience in B2B marketing or a related area is required
-Requires a Bachelor’s degree
-Requires a Driver's License
