Job Description:

Duties:

  • Lead delivery of successful consumer marketing campaigns for the global brand team in partnership with product marketing, design, communications, partnerships, and external agency partner.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution with agency, upholding best in class relationships with external partners
  • Lead and manage the efforts of internal cross-functional teams; including Product marketing, Partnerships, Research, PR and Creative; and external agencies to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams and external agencies to deliver insights that can drive creative development for global brand campaigns.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from research and analysis to influence product strategy and inform go-to-market plans. Work with our decision science team to understand and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Program manage campaign development process from brief through delivery
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader company ecosystem and competitive landscape.

Skills:

  • 7+ years of consumer marketing experience preferably in a youth-oriented digital brand with directly transferable experience (media, tech company, entertainment, consumer retail).
  • Interest in youth culture and how teens are consuming media and entertainment and technology.
  • Experience thinking both creatively and strategically with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Communication skills: communicating to internal executive and product teams, as well as communications for consumer-facing audiences.
  • Knowledgeable in brand marketing and understanding how brands interact with consumers in culture-specific contexts.
  • Demonstrated skills on both strategic and tactical levels
  • Ability to manage fast moving projects and manage complex cross-functional teams

Scope for Contract:

  • Drive commerce focused campaigns to promote the product, including marketing strategy and campaign development.
  • Strategy
    • Collaborate with core shopping cross functional partners to inform 2022 outbound programming, including product marketing, brand strategy, research/insights, decision science and media
    • Compose and inform project strategic and creative briefs
    • Effectively synthesize research to inform strategic approaches and collaborate with insights to inform research roadmap for future programs
    • Present outbound strategy & creative to core marketing leadership for feedback and steers
    • Align and organize horizontal stakeholders such as comms, editorial, product to support and execute scaled marketing programs
  • Campaign Production
    • Coordinate & lead core team statuses
    • Participate in creative reviews
    • Maintain master calendar and project schedule
    • Manage agency communication on an ongoing basis
    • Support in gathering and consolidating XFN feedback
    • Support in delivery, trafficking & testing final files
    • Responsible for campaign budget management including forecasting
