To drive marketing campaigns, this person will articulate design decisions, iterate quickly, and collaborate seamlessly with multiple partners. They’ll cover the design spectrum — from quick, rough idea ideation to polished final deliverables. They’ll think big and get attention, but also follow a conceptual thread down to the smallest details. This will require phenomenal communication, presentation, and copywriting skills with experience in corporate communications, marketing campaigns and project management.

L&D Events Content Engagement Program Manager Responsibilities

This role is responsible for company-wide change management across various cross-functional partners and leaders, which requires strong communication and influencing skills. They will develop visuals, promotional efforts and other content over print, digital, and video surfaces, executing in a variety of visual styles, covering the design spectrum, and collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to deliver marketing campaigns and go-to-market materials. They will also develop visual storytelling presentations for key stakeholders.

We are looking for experienced rock star professionals who are excited by the challenge of delivering inclusive, innovative large-scale learning experiences. Specific responsibilities include:
- Help solidify our stakeholder and change management strategies and practices
- Develop and execute short-and-long term approaches to communications and marketing campaigns
- Develop our go-to-market plans for learning events, towards the goal of keeping all of our partners and audiences informed of our Learning Events strategies and products.
- Deliver regular updates and reporting to our partners and ensure these partners have the high-quality, well-structured information necessary to make decisions, share with their leaders and partners, and provide ongoing feedback on our Learning Events priorities.

Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications
- Develop an understanding of the ecosystem of the Learning Events programs and initiatives to fully design, develop, and execute change management strategies and communication plans
- Create actionable deliverables and manage day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects to facilitate change, including communications plans, stakeholder and sponsor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans
- Communicating effectively (written, verbal, and presentation skills) and leverage storytelling while customizing to specific audience needs, including at the executive level
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Learning Events team on how to launch new programs that are in alignment with other teams
- Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for change progress, along with driving continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities
- Manage various high-caliber projects, meeting project deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed

Marketing and Go-To-Market Campaigns
- Possess working knowledge of the best ways to market learning events and create actionable deliverables for marketing campaigns
- Build and execute go-to-market plans to get these new learning programs to learners and measure the efficacy of these programs
- Develop communication and marketing assets such as branding logos, identification marks, presentations, presentation templates, storyboards, one-pagers, memes, gifs or animatics for motion graphics and video
- Ideate visual concepts/themes/directions and refine design work based on creative direction
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal and external team members, including executive staff, clearly articulating design decisions to a variety of partners
- Be able to jump in and quickly take on work when urgent needs arise, in addition to planning and executing special projects and events as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience in business strategy, leading change, communication and marketing initiatives
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives
- Experience delivering quality communications, including development of key messages
- Experience developing interpersonal relationships with cross-functional partners
- Experience leading cross-functional and company-wide projects
- Experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch, iterating quickly based on feedback
- Proven track record of operating independently, and delivering results in an organized and detail oriented manner
- Experience shifting priorities quickly and acting proactively
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- MS Office with emphasis on PPT

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous change initiatives on an enterprise scale,using change management methodologies and tools
- Experience working directly with executives and drafting executive-level communications
- Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
- Experience thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
