Based in Orlando, FL and reporting to the Manager, Digital Product Operations, the Digital Product Operations Manager supports marketing, sales, operational and brand initiatives online in the most effective manner. This involves synthesizing the core business needs of partners as well as the strategy associated with the company's products; translating that direction into various document types, including requirement documents, user stories, strategic briefs and product specs; and working with partners and cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Responsibilities may include marketing or digital experience initiatives for lines of business, including consumer markets, trade, niche markets and niche memberships. The ideal candidate will have a grounding in digital strategy and strategic marketing on owned and operated web sites/apps. The candidate will need to have strong strategic, collaboration and communication skills. Job Specific Scope • Understands the digital strategic direction of a product line and/or destination/brand as outlined by Digital Product Operations leadership and business partners • Helps drive effectiveness and implementation of Marketing, Sales, and operational initiatives within the limitations of the existing product verticals, or with niche project efforts


• Participates in cross-functional teams and helps facilitate the progress of multiple small to medium initiatives and projects

• Writes and review quality of detailed feature requirements and user stories, updates user stories and requirements, prioritizes and grooms ticket backlogs, and provides status and escalates issues to Manager  as needed to keep projects on track, on time and on budget

• Under guidance from Manager helps to manage partner expectations and project communications by creating and delivering specific reports, documents and presentations that clarify the project approach, status and strategic direction

• Understands the partners' business needs and can provide input into focus group and usability testing as needed. Provides the online point of view and can convey recommended actionable online strategies and tactics

• Tracks status and budgets of multiple small- to medium-sized initiatives, and keeps management apprised of status, achievements and risks

• Leverages analytics data, Guest insights and test results to measure and refine solutions to drive strong business results and deliver quality Guest experience Complexity of Work

• The Digital Product Operations Manager will work with the Manager, Digital Product Operations to translate the digital strategy of a large product line or destination/brand into a set of clearly defined user stories and test cases, working alongside of development studios to ensure proper delivery of those requirements across the development lifecycle

• Aggregates and reconciles marketing, operational and guest-experience needs to drive engaging digital solutions that meet marketing goals and keep pace with a fast-changing business environment Business Acumen

• The Digital Product Operations Manager needs a solid understanding of the core business, online marketing, and digital business

• The ideal candidate has strong communication and partner relationship skills; good ability to manage work efficiently; good grasp of marketing strategy, business drivers and financial return; and experience delivering a high-quality digital guest experience Leadership

• Drives tasks within cross-functional teams to successfully deliver against the strategic direction of a product line and/or a destination/brand. Works somewhat independently with cross-functional teams with oversight from Manager

• Communicate weekly status and next steps in the format communicated by Manager

• Take notes during important internal and/or external meetings and send out meeting minutes to attendees in the format communicated by Manager

• Attend all required meetings, notifying meeting owner and Manager in advance if conflicts arise

• Considers all internal communications, ongoing or future projects, consumer insights and business strategies confidential and does not share with outside parties. Uses discretion when sharing information internally that may also be sensitive in nature (i.e. special offers)

Required Skills:

• Experience with user, business and technical issues in a fast-moving digital-focused organization

• Experience with digital marketing strategy and brand strategy

• At least 1-3 years experience in the online industry, with working experience with Agile software development methodologies

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex issues

• Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results as part of a team

• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative

• Bachelor’s degree required
