Fortune 500 Airlines Company is searching for a hands on Social Media expert with around 5 years experience and experience working with major brands.  This person should be  located in either Seattle or the Bay Area.

Most work can be done remotely, but some task may require travel as they require tasks such as photo shoots, content grabs, etc,.   You will be required to come into the office and/or travel (probably a few trips required during this period with their staff photographer).

The Social Media Manager is the sole member overlooking all organic social media (no paid). In 2022 the company is making a big push on TikTok, thus would like someone with strong experience on the platform who knows the native tool and how to edit content. Also looking for strong experience with Instagram Stories.

Additional responsibilities include the following:

• Manage the day-to-day activities related to supporting social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Design social media marketing campaigns and build brand loyalty via digital marketing channels to grow profitable sales and increase revenue.
• Plan content and maintain ownership of the social media editorial and promotions calendar, and coordinate calendars and content with brand marketing, corporate communications, email marketing, and web content teams.
• Manage execution of social promotions, contests, and marketing programs.
• Work closely with the Brand Studio to direct content creation for social channels. Drives creative briefs and stakeholder approvals.
• Act as a subject matter expert in social media platforms and engagement best practices.
