AWESOME CATEGORY GROWTH SPECIALIST (eCOMM) ROLE AT TOP LUXURY ONLINE DESTINATION

The Category Growth Specialist (eComm) is responsible for supporting the overall performance and merchandising of the total category to deliver sales growth and conversion objectives. This role works directly with the Directory & Manager of Category Growth and cross functional partners to execute data-driven business strategies.


Key Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1 year of digital retail experience and demonstrates an understanding of luxury retail and customer experience. Past experience working in an ecommerce role preferred.
● Demonstrates eagerness to learn and contribute to business objectives through thoughtful analysis and flawless execution.
● Showcases ability to take initiative and be flexible in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment to business priorities.
● Desire to drive growth with an ability to think outside of existing limitations.
● Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup) and capacity to learn new systems swiftly.  Experience with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Business Manager a plus


Role Description:
● Supports, along with the Director and the Manager of Category Growth, in analyzing data and reporting insights of the business to business stakeholders along with actions to achieve business objectives.
● Ensures merchandising of website is aligned with best practices and executed in a timely manner (ex. navigation, product array, search results, features items, linking strategy, etc).
● Works closely with Digital Content, Media, and Integrated Marketing teams to define and execute the merchandising strategies within marketing plans and evaluates the effectiveness for the category.
● Partners closely with Merchant teams to understand key trends, receipt investments, and shipment tracking.
● Analyzes onsite customer journey, promotional data. and external marketing performance to provide timely insights and recommendations to identify areas of opportunity or to scale experience.
● Leads various projects within Category Growth which demonstrates proficiency of site merchandising capabilities and operational knowledge.
● Fields ad hoc requests, present findings and proactively deliver recommendations that inform strategy.
