Job Description:

One of our valued clients in the Energy industry is seeking a Project Manager with experience managing projects related to consumer products.
The Project Manager will be working within the Consumer Product group to support projects related to ancillary products.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate Contract renewal process for Ancillaries

· Work closely with Technical, Communications advisor and Subject Matter Experts across the network to develop sales tools for ancillary offer (i.e. training, sell sheets, line review sell-in decks, etc).

· Work closely with Product Management on the introduction of new ancillary products as indicated in ancillary roadmap.

· Work with Suppliers to bring new innovation opportunities in ancillary space.

Requirements:

- Ideal candidate will have at least five years experience managing projects related to consumer products
- Candidate should be able to work with teams and tools to
keep projects on task and meet all deadlines

- Ideal candidate will be consultative/strategic with internal product managers and marketing managers--suggest ways to improve products, add new features, utilize digital, add more value

- This position will also work with internal teams such as production, supply chain, procurement, legal

Location and remote work are flexible, but the Houston market is preferred as it will be important for anyone in the role to get to the ExxonMobil campus from time to time.

Workload split:

· 50% Project Management

· 30% Product Management

· 20% Account Management

Skillset:

· Strong interpersonal skills to ensure alignment with multiple stakeholders

· Effective at project execution and proven record to deliver on time

· Attention to detail and organizational skills important

· Effective written and verbal communications

Work product:

• Ownership of Ancillary 3P Contracts / Relationship (TBD which contracts transitioned over)

• Stewardship of any applicable royalties / payments

• Coordination & implementation of key projects as defined in Ancillary Roadmap

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
