Job Description:

Aquent's Client is looking for an Associate Manager to join its Content Policy Stakeholder Engagement Team. Content Policy is the team that creates policies that govern what people can share on social media and how advertisers and third-party developers interact with the site.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting education and programming with Company Content Policies. You should be familiar or be willing to become familiar with the Company's Community Standards and Advertising Policies, particularly in areas such as Monetization and Misinformation. You should be passionate about building innovative and exciting programs for the business community and diving into the details of how the company protects users through platform policies.

In this role, you will be asked to closely follow and track content policy trends and questions, be able to appropriately update internal teams about relevant policy changes that align with their team or vertical, help to organize client forums for policy experts, and help to maintain relationships internally and externally to ensure we can respond to questions from partners about our policies.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator and organizer. You should be passionate about the services we provide and the people that we serve and be interested in building trust across sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal teams who manage the advertising and creator communities
  • Support building content and programming around Community Standards, Advertising Policies, and related content policies.
  • Help respond to internal and external questions and requests for information
  • Serve as an external and internal representative of Content Policy in a variety of settings
  • Be willing to work independently and drive relationship management across different teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Law, the social sciences, humanities, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in the Content Policy/Moderation, Trust and Safety, or Partnerships
  • Experience proactively delivering updates and bringing feedback to cross functional teams
