We are looking for a product marketer to help support one of the company's most engaging products. More than 1.8 billion people use this product every month, and there are tens of millions of active communities where people come together to talk about their interests, learn new things, be entertained and make connections. 

Our global Power Admin product marketing program works with the top admins around the world. Our program’s mission is to empower these diverse community leaders to cultivate their best communities. Through our owned channels we educate and inspire our admin audience on how to get the most out of new features and tools that the company is launching for community builders. Working closely with group admins also empowers us to deliver impactful inbound marketing — surfacing product feedback, quickly identifying feature bugs, and helping our product teammates build with a user-first mindset.

This role will report into the Product Marketing Lead for the Power Admin program, supporting them in all group admin-related product marketing work. A typical week would include: meeting with other PMMs and product teams to learn about upcoming roadmaps and early product designs, preparing external-facing educational content that we can publish and use to teach our Power Admin audience about new features and tools, filing and escalating tasks for bugs, surfacing consumer insights about how group admins are using new features. The Product Marketing Lead and this new hire are responsible for being a bridge between our group admin consumers and the team members building the features and tools that our admin audience uses every day to lead thriving communities. This new hire will be in meetings with external agencies, Product Managers, Designers and Software Engineers and will need to be the voice of our consumer audience.


  • Become an expert in the product, specifically group admin tools
  • Drive product adoption and usage rates by working with PMMs and Community Managers for the Power Admin program to strategize, propose, and prepare go-to-market and product education campaigns.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand and articulate consumer needs, influence the product strategy, and secure alignment across teams.
  • Identify consumer audience needs and feedback themes, documenting and sharing it with relevant stakeholders so that they understand the group admin consumer audience
  • Participate in meetings with PMM and product team members, actively representing the best interests of group admins
  • File tasks for bugs and escalations, consistently following up on task statuses and keeping teammates informed
  • Work with PMMs and product team members to write accurate messaging (e.g. FAQs, new feature announcements)
  • Work with the Product Marketing Lead for the Power Admin program to create and maintain a Product Launch Content Calendar
  • Support relationships with our third-party agencies.
  • Tasks may include:
    • Keeping them accountable to follow processes (e.g. FAQ requests)
    • Providing them feedback on drafted content and creative
    • Collaborating with them on product feedback reports using consumer insights and quotes from our Power Admin audience
    • Work with Researchers to help conduct admin-focused marketing and product research


  • Proven experience effectively communicating to, and representing the perspective of, the end-users of a product
  • Experience moving between technical and non-technical language to clearly convey concepts internally and externally (e.g. writing educational content for consumers)
  • Experience effectively prioritizing conflicting demands
  • Task filing and task management experience (e.g. for filing bugs)
  • Experience using data to tell a story and influence direction
  • Experience flexing between strategic and tactical/execution responsibilities
  • Analytical and problem solving experience
  • Strong communication skills, including copywriting for a consumer audience
  • Experience project managing fast-moving workstreams with multiple xfn
