Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Acts as manager on duty of the sales floor. Sales and Guest Service
• Ensure the of achievement of all sales objectives and goals are met
• Provide a high level of service that exceed the Guest’s expectations
• Plan and execute all sales opportunities in the store and provide assistance and direction to achieve maximum results
• Promote and encourage an environment that exceeds our Guest’s expectations through excellence in Guest Service
• Ensure that all Guest’s transactions are handled in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner
• Ensure that the Guest Service standards are consistently and successfully executed
• Proudly and professionally represent the company and its branded product at bi-annual conventions.
• Support all cast activities and team centers

Visual Presentation
• Provide visual presentation solutions for all cross categories products displays in the store and off campus pop up store events including but not limited to window display, visual proposition design and placement.
• Responsible for store display execution and guidance. Regularly provide relevant display photos or display reports, corrective guidance and display adjustments to store display related issues to achieve standard execution according to display guidelines
• Contribute to develop VM props and all kinds of fixtures that use for the store promotion and seasonal purpose. Communication with vendors and partners with sourcing team to control the cost
• With leader supervision, manage and maintain merchandise presentation budget.
• Partner with internal and external clients to ensure that character integrity, brand and creative standards are met
• Communicate with key partners (product development, store operations) daily or weekly based on business needs, including merchandise entry and exit logistics and merchandise presentation standards and guidelines

Responsibilities Personnel Development
• Train, develop, and coach Sales Associate team to be proficient in the execution of all job accountabilities
• Inspire and motivate team to share knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for the brand
• Support a positive and creative working environment that fosters retention and professional growth

Loss Prevention and Administration
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures. Participates in all physical inventories
• Ensure proper sales floor coverage to deter external theft
• Execute MOS/RTV, counts, and merchandise receiving with established timelines
• Oversees and executes all cash wrap processes and monitors that the store has appropriate funds for business needs
• Assist in reconciliation and compliance to daily cash, banking, and written store audit procedure as needed
• Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment
• Uphold all company policies as outlines in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual and Code of Business Conduct

Leadership Authority
• Trains and coaches staff, acts as Assistant Manager overall.
• Oversee all sales associate related talent (full-time and staff extensions) when Manager - Employee Store is not physical onsite. Number fluctuates heavily during special events

Discretion/Latitude
• Make visual merchandise decisions. In absence of manager, this role would authorize POs and making buying decisions
• Partner with manager and finance in interpreting system inventory planning, management, and control

Communication/Influence
• Act as face of the store in service and operational situations.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 year college degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of previous business/retail management and Guest service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Retail management experience with sales volume >$2.M
• Ability to provide direction and feedback to team and function in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of business practices
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and practices
• Demonstrated cash handling skills
• Working knowledge of computer software Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, and POS system Retail Pro
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with cross function teams, executives and employees and external partners
• Effectively communicate with Guests, peers and management within and among all the business units
• Strong organizational skills, versatility and ability to multi task
• Proven success in decision-making, diplomacy, and flexibility
• Highly motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced and high energy retail environment
• Visual merchandising display savvy
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule that meets the needs of the business including, evenings, weekend, and key off site special events
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company guidelines
• Ability to lift boxes that weigh up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder
