Job Summary
The Content Operations team is critical to the success of our Retail Engagement and Marketing teams. The Senior Data Analyst will consult with the Platform and Analytics team and help establish analytics framework and build consistency in reporting across all internal engagement
and customer facing programs and platforms.

Key Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in analytics implementation and analyst roles
• Deep understanding of global learning and marketing platforms
• Experience in establishing analytics frameworks and analytics teams
• Experience presenting to leadership teams
• Proficient in data visualization
• Expert with Tableau or similar BI dashboard visualization tool
• Experience using Python or R for analytical modeling
• Experience building data science or data analysis tools
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to normalize large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules and deliverables
• Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained schedules
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to creatively solve problems
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels
• Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability

We are seeking a candidate that has a combination of technical knowledge and business savviness, to develop and deliver solutions in support of rapid decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
• Drive consistency in data reporting and analytics across all programs and platforms
• Drive creation of analytics tools and data products to enable insights discovery at lightning speed and scale
• Automate and scale existing analysis methods. Institute innovative approaches on modeling and analysis frameworks
• Design and evaluate experiments that help define opportunities for increased usage, improved performance
• Innovating by recognizing opportunities for automation & tools improvements
• Partner will the digital experience team to build analytics requirements for new features and initiatives
