Job Description:

Our client seeks a Creative Marketing Coordinator, who will be an outstanding addition to our Creative Marketing team. You will play a fundamental role by serving as the primary foundation of support in the creation of varied creative marketing offerings, across all our content: Originals, Licensed, Films, and more. This position is front-and-center in the strategy, creation, development, and execution of creative marketing campaign launches and promotions. The right person for this role is someone who is energized by working in a fast-paced creative environment and possesses a strong ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently while prioritizing and following through on vital department projects. This person should have a robust attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights. Responsibilities:
· Assist the Creative Marketing Leads in the development of creative teasers, trailers, key art, digital, social, and out-of-home campaigns - including asset management, key art photo shoot production, artwork finishing and mechanicals administration, and working with outside agencies at every step of the process to maintain quality control
· Track creative budgets and spend for original marketing asset creation
· Compile and prepare creative material presentations and assist in creative team meetings
· Collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the organization, including PR, Media, and Strategy
· Build and maintain essential team documents, including creative agency trackers, executive presentations, Photo shoot talent decks, and creative best-practices guidelines

Requirements:
· BA required (in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related area preferred)
· 3+ years in Creative Marketing (agency and television/film experience preferred)
· Excellent project management and organization skills
· Proficiency in sensitive asset management, distribution, and tracking
· An understanding of, and passion for, improving the finishing and deliverables process for AV and Print creative
· Detail oriented with strong ability in written and verbal communication
· Outstanding skills with Adobe and Microsoft Suites, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote
· ONE TEAM attitude with the ability and desire to collaborate with people at all management levels, to strengthen cross-team relationships, and champion business goals

Nice-To-Haves:
· Interest in copywriting
· Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
· Familiar with advertising-campaign accounting and creative entertainment project budgeting

Required Education

· Bachelors or Equivalent Experience

Additional Information:

· Position will start remote but will move into Hybrid eventually
