Through our growing family of apps and services, we're building a different kind of company that helps billions of people around the world connect and share what matters most to them. Whether we're creating new products or helping a small business expand its reach, people at this company are builders at heart. Our global teams are constantly iterating, solving problems, and working together to make the world more open and accessible. Connecting the world takes every one of us—and we're just getting started.

Our Design Program Coordinator will focus on supporting our product design teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A highly organized approach and consistent delivery is mandatory. You'll work closely with our AR Design Program Manager and the Design Managers to drive more operational and tactical work for project initiatives and broader programs. This is a full-time contract position based in our Burlingame office.

  • Tracking design timelines and key dates for delivery, reviews, and audits involving multiple stakeholders
  • Improving existing processes for design operations, such as new hire on-boarding

  • Handle meeting coordination between design leads, capture meeting minutes, and distribute to stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining team documentation such as org charts, training material, and presentations
  • Assisting in execution of team summits and events that contribute to team culture

Requirements:

  • Excellent pro-active communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar capacity as a producer, project manager or program manager with a background establishing process and supporting teams
  • Experience working with product designers/UX as well as cross-functional teams
  • Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, identifying areas for improvement/support and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with independent time management
  • Positive attitude and dependably delivers on requests
