About the Role:

The Creative Resource Manager is responsible for assigning and tracking both internal and external talent in order to meet the needs, scope and timing of the projects. Additionally, the Creative Resource Manager monitors the bandwidth of resources and collaborates with the Head of Creative Ops and Creative Leads to resolve capacity issues and/or concerns.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Creative Program Managers and Head of Creative Ops to understand incoming projects, determine resource needs, and define assignments and durations.

Become knowledgeable on creative team members, their skillset, and availability so that you can lead recommendations on resource assignment with Creative Leads providing final approval on project casting.

Source contractors, schedule interviews as needed, and lead the contingent worker paperwork process.

Lead weekly Creative Resource meetings ensuring Head of Creative Ops, Creative Leads, and CPMs are aligned on current resource assignments, their durations, and plan for upcoming projects.

Run daily syncs with the entire creative team, ensuring team members and Creative Program Managers are tracking against agreed upon assignments and project durations.

Own the resource tracking tool and ensure information is up to date.

Ensure Creative Team resource capacity remains balanced, anticipating and flagging to Head of Creative Ops upcoming spikes or lulls.

Understand, troubleshoot, and actively offer solutions to resourcing conflicts, notifying Head of Creative Ops when project prioritization discussions are needed.

Develop and share weekly resource reports with the Head of Creative Ops, Creative Leads and the Global ECD.

Build agency roster, own agency relationships, and track burn reports, resource availability, and ensure retained teams are being effectively utilized.

Responsible for administrative onboarding of contingent talent, negotiating rates and submitting paperwork to the appropriate internal and external groups.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in resourcing, coordination and/or project management within the design industry. Preferably experience at an agency and in-house marketing team.

Experience with a range of Brand work across Content (social, product, website and events), Campaigns (films for broadcast, CTV, paid social, radio, OOH, banners) and Product (template photography and videos, product tutorials and films).

Accustomed to navigating the unknown — problem solving without all the details, proactively getting information and figuring things out and moving things forward despite constraints changing.
