Job Description:

Our client seeks a vibrant, self-starter to fill the role of project manager. This is a key role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments.

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal creative department, focusing on banners, social, films, video, digital, and events, where high quality results are required.

This individual will drive the execution of various initiatives including, but not limited to Go To Market (GTM) launches, website launches, digital campaigns, and prospect/customer events supported by web streaming technologies.

In this role you will:
Develop and maintain project plans, set up and facilitate weekly status meetings, and creat presentation decks and present to multiple levels.
Track milestones and tasks with assigned teams.
Identify and remove blockers/challenges that affect the team's ability to meet project objectives.
Provide timely status reports and solutions (risk mitigation) to minimize project delivery risks.
Facilitate team discussions and resolve conflict.
Communicate timelines and approval work streams (RACI) to cross-functional teams.
Execute strategic launches, brand awareness marketing campaigns and events to ensure all stakeholders are updated.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
You have 3-5 years project/account management experience.
You have strong understanding of the processes and workflows effective in the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
You have outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
You have proven experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).
You have the ability to effectively use common PM tools (Google suit of products Slack, Smartsheet, Keynote, Basecamp, Asana, etc.).
You have agency experience (both in-house and outside agency a plus).
