Job Description:

Develop and execute seasonal and category marketing programs Engage with the consumer by category to ensure targeted programs are driving brand strategies with the consumer. Adopt, enrich and creatively execute and/or support global category strategy within local markets Partner across internal teams (sports marketing, event marketing, retail brand marketing, etc.) to ensure programs are executed per category brand direction. Lead category marketing programs to achieve defined Go to Market goals Track and evaluate Mktg impact Manage timelines and budget.

As the Brand Marketing Project Manager, you will be focused on the details that enables the
Brand Team (Territories & Functions) to obsess project strategy, planning and operations to
execute epic consumer connection and experiences.

Key Accountabilities:
 Serve as a key operational support to seasonal project leads from kick-off to completion.
 Help drive process, prioritizing communication, and work with teammates on project
milestones while advising on the effects of budget, timelines, and project scope through
completion.
 Track Global Brand updates and deliverables to have a seamless handoff process to
North America: product, creative content, asset creation, and expectation management.
 Build and update detailed project timelines throughout the progression of the project.
 Communicate any critical project shifts to necessary partners and functions.
 Coordinate purposeful meetings for members of the project team with clear goals and
objectives.
 Management support of external partners/agencies.
 Be prepared to provide high level communication written and verbal, both internally and
externally, ranging from contractors to senior management including meeting facilitation
and presentations.
 Perform a variety of support for functions/territories related to work traffic flow within the
Brand team and demonstrate best practices and seek, teach, and encourage their
adoption.
 Identify and support management of necessary resources (budget, content, people, etc.)
seasonally and quarterly for the execution of plans.

Key Required Competencies:
• Strategic Brand Planning: experience coordinating planning process milestones and
deliverables
• Project Management: experience providing project management support for large scale
activations and plans
• Brand Finance: demonstrated command of budget, vendor management best practices
and policy in support of brand teams
• Problem Solving: demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems with

innovative solutions
• Operational Excellence: demonstrated in depth knowledge of how an integrated brand
offense works
• Consumer Knowledge: passion for and knowledge of the Jordan consumer for application
to strategy development

Additional Qualifications for Success:
 Knowledge of Nike Brand processes and structures / GEO and Global
 Bachelor's degree and a minimum six years' experience in a Brand Management, Brand
Operations, or Brand Marketing.
 Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management both at Nike and Jordan in verbal
and written communication.
 Demonstrated ability to influence others and outcomes without direct authority
 Experience in creative and design-based environments, and event management.
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Keynote. (Project management
software/Airtable reference is a plus.)
 High attention to detail and ability to keep-up in a fast-paced environment.
