Job Description:

In this role you must be highly process driven with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. You should be familiar with various sales enablement strategies and have knowledge of Customer Success Management and how to support their success. You will work across the ROE team and with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives & assets for the Customer Success team.

Duties:
• Forge, maintain and cultivate strong relationships across the Customer Success organization, ROE, marketing, and product teams.
• Work cross-functionally to create and deliver enablement programs, content, communications for Customer Success Managers.
• Support and collaborate with the ROE Onboarding team to ensure Customer Success Managers onboarding needs are addressed and that new hires are ‘servicing ready’
• Understand and manage sales stakeholder needs and objectives.
• Define and develop enablement materials for regional offerings
• Write internal communications to rollout enablement materials and trainings.
• Coordinate with global counterparts to ensure we create a consistent experience.
• Evaluate impact of your work, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results.

Skills & Experience
• 5+ years experience in sales, customer success or revenue enablement
• Experience creating, managing, and deploying enablement programs/content for Customer Success teams
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as Customer Success Manager is a plus

Additional Skills & Qualities
• Change agility - someone who can keep pace and adapt to the changing needs of projects and the organization.
• Able to work independently to create sales enablement plans, drive multiple projects to completion at once, and deliver enablement programs on time with minimal input
• Self-motivated with lifelong learning habits
• Experience with a fin-tech or payment service is a plus
• Experience working in a global role is a plus

Top 3 Must Have Skills:
1 Project management should be able to explain how they have managed more than one project at a time.
2 Successful management experience – with ability to speak with merchants and customers
3 Collaboration skills – not afraid to speak up and ask questions

Candidate Requirements
*Years of Experience: 5 years of experience with enablement type of work. Willing to speak with strong candidates who have 3-5 years.
*Degrees or Certifications: High school, work experience more important
