Job Description:

Our client seeks an exceptional Visual Designer to join their People Change Management Training team. As their ideal candidate, you will create innovative and compelling visuals for their learning content that educates their employees worldwide.

In this role the Visual Designer is responsible for crafting visuals for learning experiences such as self-guided eLearning courses, ILT/VILT, quick reference guides, hosted on various channels.

The Visual Designer will plan and direct projects and collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, communications specialists, internal/external design, and cross-functional partners. They will effectively scale design solutions in accordance with project guidelines,
systems, constraints, and parameters. The Visual Designer has the ability to effectively work and communicate with other creative staff members, vendors, producers, and directors. They have great presentation skills and are able to gather feedback. They will help define the visual
design for learning content, create layouts, graphic design, illustrations, animation, icons and more to pixel-level perfect standards for online and offline channels. They will help ensure all production visuals are consistent with the client's branding, and produce and maintain design patterns and visual guidelines for the organization. They will serve as a knowledge resource for the latest visual and design trends in the social content space.

Key Qualifications
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a design company, advertising agency or inhouse creative environment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process, have excellent design skills, and consistently deliver high-quality design.
• Expertise in developing groundbreaking creative solutions in a range of media including social, print, video, interactive, new media, and space.
• You can concept innovative campaign ideas and every step of the customer learning experience.
• Able to prototype and present beautiful work quickly.
• Excellent skills with content creation tools Keynote, Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with managing workflows for content and learning management systems.
• Experience creating content in support of educational curriculum.
• Experience in a quick moving and cross-functional environment.
• You are a problem-solver who can work independently and manage projects under minimal direction.
• Have a pulse on trends in design, education, technology, and the arts.
• Experience with managing workflows for content and learning management systems.
