Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Craft internal communications strategies, clear narratives and tactics that engage operations frontline employee base;
• Manage the development and execution of internal communication plans for new programs, policies, and changes;
• Earn trust, provide counsel, and effectively communicate with a range of internal stakeholders;
• Think and communicate clearly – formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and projects and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it;
• Manage and support issues and crisis communications;
• Willingness to take risk, impeccable judgment, and high standards
• Roll up sleeves and get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job
• Work hard and smart

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Crisis Management, PR, or related field
• 5+ years of communications experience
• Experience building robust communications around major topics/announcements
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and that meets customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:
• Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Possess a strategic approach to problem solving; able to anticipate potential reputational issues
• Ability to exercise high judgment and persuasion, particularly in narrow time-frames
• Willing to get work done, even when at times it’s outside the scope of the job
• Takes ownership and pride in the employee experience, advocates for it
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
