Job Description:

The Sr Digital & Web Analyst will support the Member Benefits Communication team, responsible to the Director of Member Benefits Communications. This position will focus on Digital & Web performance metrics and work related to the management and growth of web properties, including understanding the site’s core functionalities, its enhancements and testing roadmap. The contractor will understand analytic tools such as Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Target, Tableau and DOMO in order to support the team in the development of and delivery on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The contractor may also be asked to review and incorporate other qualitative and quantitative metrics into their insights and analysis in order to tell a comprehensive performance story.

Required Skills:
1. Prepare monthly and quarterly KPI report and analysis for review by internal and external stakeholders.
2.Help translate business analytic needs and technical requirements for website’s functionalities, working closely with product and business team members.
3. Perform detailed analysis of data related to the website.
4. Monitor the quality and integrity of web analytic data, reports, online dashboards and analytic tools with internal lines of business.
5. Create test plans to help optimize website’s performance.
6. Perform weekly reviews of website’s core functionalities, providing quality control, as needed.
7. Prepare visual and data-driven presentations, summaries and reports for executive review.
8. Provide research, data and analysis to ensure efficient and effective online member experiences.
9. In collaboration with director, manage the execution around meeting the web analytics needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using tools such as, Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, third-party platforms, and other tools
10. Coordinate with director in the creation of an effective, and evolving, digital strategy across multiple "listening posts" for the website, including survey data, usability testing data, etc.
11. Review competitive analysis tools to help establish baseline of the online environment.
12. Explore opportunities to use emerging technologies to help expand member awareness and engagement with the platform.
13. Assist with various other projects, as required.

Desired Skills:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of online, digital, web, marketing research, and/or a related discipline like Computer Science with a heavy emphasis on analytics.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholder requests and day-to-day operations to achieve success.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
• Must be able to work independently and to manage projects in a timely manner.
•Must be a self- starter, excellent initiator.
• Demonstrated, successful with data-driven web and marketing campaigns.
• Experience in operational details of web and campaign management, e.g. data & technical requirements, reporting processes, etc.
• Experienced user of Adobe Experience Manager and/or other web content management systems.
• Trained user of Adobe Marketing Cloud with analytics reporting experience.
• Trained user of Tableau Software with ability to setup and analyze reports.
• Visual design experience preferred, creating diagrams, charts and visual aids using tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Sketch.
• Skilled in the planning and execution of interactive Web projects and e-campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
