Job Description:

This large tech company is seeking an experienced Arts Program Manager to temporarily take over projects for the Arts Programs based on the east coast. This group builds community through creativity, cultivating creative engagements that offer new ways of thinking about ourselves, our communities, and the world at large. The Arts Program Manager will coordinate operations and programming for Open Arts Labs in the region.

Responsibilities
● Schedule, execute and promote regular internal community programming, which includes workshops, draw clubs and office-wide engagement activities
● Manage day-to-day tasks of Studio Coordinator Contingent Workers
● Help concept and produce public programs and events in local communities
● Share arts workshop templates and programs throughout our network of labs globally
● Assist in planning, design and layout for future Arts Labs throughout NAMER and
LATAM
● Budget tracking and reporting
● Grow internal and external awareness of our creative culture
● Track and report metrics to provide insights and ideas for growth
● Ensure the arts labs are maintained and stocked efficiently and consistently
● Maintain vendor profiles, onboarding status and partner/public relationships
● Point of contact to triage community engagement requests by the community

Requirements
● 5+ years of experience managing art/design projects and processes, arts education, project management and strategic planning
● Knowledge of various printmaking techniques, including risograph and screen printing
● Wide network of local artists, designers and craftspeople
● Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and G-Suite
● Experience in executing scalable arts engagement programs for various size audiences
● Ability to identifying a problem or gap and creating solutions outlining organizational implications
● Proven success building relationships with cross-functional teams
