Seattle, WA

as contribute to the underlying blockchain implementation. You’ll be empowered and given
autonomy. Your ideas will matter.
The Job
 Build, enhance and maintain new and existing functionality for our smart contracts and
engine integration.
 Set and maintain product(s) technical vision and technical roadmap for our blockchain
implementation.
 Identifying technical opportunities within the studio to innovate and / or become more
efficient.
 Research and assess existing and emerging technologies.
 Prototyping to support products, tools, and processes. 
 Consult with external technology providers.

 At least 10 years of experience.
 At least 3 years of blockchain developer experience.
 Expert programming skills, including Node.js, Rust, Go, C++, AWS, Solidity

 Strong understanding of full stack development for games (Client & Server).
 Deep understanding of decentralized protocols, languages, and architectural design –
and experience with interop/DeFi bridging process.
 Deep knowledge of common data structures and algorithmic solutions.
 Deep knowledge of software design practices including modular architecture, event-
driven architecture, and software design patterns.
 Strong performance optimization experience
 Strong problem solving / debugging skills.
 Ability to define, direct, and assess work for yourself and others.
Nice to Have
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 Office365 and Google Suite proficiency.
 A mindset of continuous improvement; humble and ambitious.
 Prior experience in a startup environment or small business.
 Adaptable, with a good sense of humor.
