Job Description:

If you are a technology savvy Creative Account Manager with strong leadership skills this is a high impact opportunity to leverage your marketing and operations expertise.  You will support the full product line of the world's largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation.  

This role is currently remote but will work partially on-site at the client's offices in Mayfield Heights, Ohio when the offices re-open.  This will likely be after the first of the year.  Only local candidates will be considered.

The main objective for this role is to strategically partner with clients in planning and managing the development of their conceptual advertising deliverables.  The account manager communicates with various client teams to enable more integrated brand representation and cohesive customer experience. This includes IT, internet and web teams, employee communications, etc.  The account manager works closely with the delivery team to accurately scope and resource projects to ensure they meet client goals and objectives. Deliverables include a broad range of digital, print, video, and multi-media.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as marketing consultant to assigned client accounts: Attend client business reviews to master client’s business and to provide perspective on industry advertising innovations and best practices. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s overall brand marketing plan, supported categories, available market research, and long-term product and company marketing objectives in order to help clients effectively accomplish marketing goals. 

  • Act as “point-person” on all assigned-client projects.  Conduct intake meetings, maintain project notes, and project change forms.  Organize and lead project kick-off and subsequent team meetings, including creative and client interaction points. 

  • Review all project requests, determine appropriate work tier, initiate jobs in workflow tool, and schedule jobs with appropriate resources by tier.

  • Ensuring creative campaigns are “on message” and projects are on-strategy while maintaining the highest levels of client service.  

  • Act as key member of Studio’s account team with constant vigilance around process improvement, efficiency, client education and client service.

Experience

  • BA degree in creative design or marketing

  • Background in Creative Services or Marketing Communications Agencies  with a minimum of 5 years management experience

  • 5 years experience managing corporate and marketing campaign materials

  • Deep knowledge of design and production processes
