Our client, the world’s first nearly invisible home gym featuring live and on-demand fitness classes in a variety of workout genres, and 1:1 personal training, is looking for a Creative Director to make an immediate and significant impact.  You are an insatiably curious and wonderfully creative champion for brand, social, and copy. You have a point of view on creative strategy and you advocate for it. Aside from driving the direction of the brand, you’ve built and managed high-performing teams that have owned the look and feel of that brand across all channels. Not only have you been the leader of Creative, you’ve also built partnerships with performance marketing teams to quantify the impact of your strategies.  Maybe you even have a visual design background!

How the role impacts the company:
The Creative Director will oversee the look and feel of our brand across all major channels. By leading a small but mighty team and growing it over time, they will drive the strategic roadmap that elevates the company from being a top at-home fitness brand to one that’s fresh, modern, differentiated while staying fitness-oriented.

How you’ll impact the role:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow brand, social, and copy teams
  • Partner with other senior Marketing leaders and marketing to drive long-term brand strategies
  • Iterate on brand look and feel across all channels

What you need to apply:

  • At least 10 years of experience  -- a combination of B2C, DTC and even some B2B is ideal
  • Portfolio to submit
  • Passion for building something and making an immediate and significant impact
