As a Product Designer (MINIMUM 3-years of experience), you’ll transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You’ll use our Design System to deliver better, more consistent experiences at scale. And you’ll influence that System with new components. You’ll build on your storytelling skills to present product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the team. You will create experiences that are highly usable before delivering spec-perfect designs.

The design team creates experiences and designs mobile apps, websites and digital tools for millions. As a part of the product design team that is at the forefront of retail, you will be responsible for building best-in-class experiences that drive continuous improvement and innovation at the world’s largest company. 

As a Product Designer, you will help transform complex workflows and information into easy-to-use experience design. You will use your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to test and learn with end users. You will focus on growing your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the broader team. You will create and champion a highly usable experience before delivering pixel-perfect designs.

Preferred qualifications:
• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 1+ years of experience in product design, or a Masters degree.
• Have a fantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
