Job Description:

Our Financial Services client is looking for an Experience Designer to help launch new support programs for software, process, mentorship, growth and opportunity. You will be helping design their onboarding experience including what new hires see in the first few days and what the journey/experience would look like as well as branding for onboarding, mentorship, and software launches. 

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience with experience and journey mapping, educational training materials, presentations and infographics
  • Someone who can separate information out and make complex processes simplified for the end user via diagrams, wiki content and illustrations
  • Examples of designing frameworks and educational materials 
  • Branding experience 
  • Advanced skills in Sketch, Illustrator and Mural
