  • Essential partners to Product Managers by helping build holistic understanding of customer problems, owning design problems from end-to-end, and informing multi-year experience roadmaps to align stakeholders and guide future priorities
  • Active and creative collaborators with internal and external stakeholders, working cross-functionally with teams such as brand, marketing, digital, analytics, products, operations, and engineering.
  • Passionate contributors to continuous improvement of Experience Design practices and standards, with ability to specify a particular design expertise (including ethnographic research, visualization, personas,
  • UI/UX, storytelling, communications, qualitative measurement, prototyping, etc) that contributes to a balanced set of advanced skills across the Experience Design team.
  • Applicants will be considered for a range of available Experience Designer positions based on qualifications and experience. More senior roles require greater experience that demonstrate ability to lead a larger portfolio of work through cross-functional teams, manage complex holistic challenges, and have well developed areas of expertise.
