The Digital Marketing Group within CIB is responsible for building and managing cohesive digital marketing experiences across the wholesale business.

Position summary
The Digital Marketing Associate Design role is responsible for the creation and production of graphic solutions for social media, public websites and presentation material for clients globally. He/She/They will work with the CIB Global Marketing and Communications group including social media and digital design teams in creating compelling graphics that help tell the Clients' brand story, visually bring our thought leadership content to life, maintain a consistent digital experience and stay true to accessibility / ADA guidelines. The successful candidate has experience following and maintaining brand guidelines, creating templates and other assets to be used across multiple digital channels.

• Working from Masterbrand guidelines, provide art direction and template development for digital assets that include - video, animation, interactive infographics, etc. to produce responsive cross-platform concepts that adhere to best practices and brand standards. This includes webpages, mobile apps, social, email and presentation graphics
• Conduct image searches and create mood boards that convey business specific messaging and drive a cohesive look and feel across CIB marketing material while adhering to the Clients'  Masterbrand
• Visualize thematic thought leadership content – creating a cohesive visual story for our banking busines research, and our firmwide technology investment
• Assist with the conceptualization and development of cross-channel design and art direction that meets the high demands and quick turnaround times and requirements of the business
• Present and champion design concepts to the business stakeholders
• Regularly meet with the Corporate brand team and other line of business creative teams to ensure visual consistency across materials
• Create analytics driven design solutions that target specific audiences, e.g., c-suite, institutional investors, etc
• Collaborate with other marketing, communications, video and brand teams across the bank to tell a consistent brand story
• Collaborate with CIB Internal Communications teams in creating on-brand graphics for employee communications (events, newsletters, Intranet etc.)
• Collaborate with front and back-end developers on all web page requests. This individual will be part of creative briefings and be responsible for designs that are then brought to life by our internal developers
• Handle production work, as needed, to meet project deadlines
• Champion and follow accessibility / ADA guidelines
• Remain current with the latest social and digital design trends and tools

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related discipline required
• Minimum of 3-6 years of work experience (creative agency, marketing for premium or luxury experience preferred) that includes social and digital design
• Strong track record of senior design experience for leading / luxury brand
• Highly conceptual and proven ability to interpret and adapt existing brand guidelines to the digital space
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (including AfterEffects) required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Experience with illustration, photography and video / motion-based art direction and production preferred
• A core understanding of branding, strategic, analytics and marketing considerations
• A core understanding of industry best practices across digital channels
• A fundamental understanding of designing for different technologies and platforms
• Solid understanding of responsive design
• Knowledge of optimizing graphics for different platforms
• Knowledge of content management tools such as AEM or Wordpress
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Workfront or Percolate
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills required
• Proven ability managing multiple, on-going timelines, as well as daily “rush” asks
• Flexibility to adapt to design requirement changes and re-prioritization of daily workload
• Outstanding attention to detail

Must provide examples of design work
