Job Description:

Our large banking client is looking for an Editorial Assistant/CMS Specialist for a long term role.

Editorial Assistant—Content Process Specialist
Track auditing needs and progress, and ensure version control in a centralized location.
Track incoming content, gather assets, and ensure on-schedule publication.
Meticulous attention to detail, passionate about process.
Take ownership of validation of asset licensing.
Ensure timely routing of content.
Fact check and verify information as needed.
Escalate article issues to Editors as needed.
Ensure completion of all appropriate approvals prior to routing for publication.
Collaborate and partner with third-party content authors, creators and strategists as appropriate.
Work closely with the Content Team to develop a working knowledge of all editorial processes.
Assist in project set-up, create and maintain accurate product/content data using various internal systems, and deal quickly and efficiently with routine queries and tasks.
Align all assets to relevant purchase order or license agreement.

We’re looking for someone with::
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
1+ years of CMS content authoring experience.
1-2 years of professional experience authoring and writing.
1+ years experience working within an approval process
Meticulous attention to detail, passion for processes.
Strong interactive writing/editing skills.
Stellar proofreading skills.
Demonstrated collaboration with teams using outstanding communication skills.
Successful execution and balancing of multiple concurrent tasks.
Working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to take direction.
Love of cars or hatred of traffic is a plus.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong project management skills, including excellent follow-up skills.
Willingness and ability to work as part of a team.
