Job Description:

Medical Device, Pharma or Healthcare experience is required

This is a full time contract for 1 year with possibility of extension and conversion to perm.

This role is currently remote but when it is determined to be safe to go back to the office 2-3 days of on-site work will be required.

Skills required: Product Marketing, Product Positioning, Promotional Marketing, Product Launch, Downstream Marketing Content Creation, Marketing
Product Management and Upstream Marketing experience is helpful as well

Serve as single point of accountability for product marketing support to International and Domestic Product Managers and other stakeholders


Develop promotional marketing strategy (including communications plan, channel strategy, campaign mix, tactical plan) for key product launches and prioritized on-market products based on product/business strategy
Define content marketing strategy by customer segment and serve as primary content creator
Lead the creation, development and deployment of marketing tools and globally organized marketing activities in support of product portfolio
Execute on promotional marketing strategy and manage implementation across all channels

Direct ad and design agencies
Serve as squad lead for promotional marketing strategy development, execution and implementation
Provide strategic marketing support to Network Leads and Integrated Marketing Managers for key initiatives
Develop messaging and serve as lead communicator of product positioning and branding
Partner with brand managers to ensure brand consistency across marketing programs
Establish and monitor metrics for evaluating the performance of marketing content/initiatives
Manage agencies and vendors to deliver quality product and manage costs to a defined budget
Collaborate with Group Communications as needed to provide information on solutions, new product launches, press releases, media kits, investor relations content and other relevant announcements
Lead strategic direction of events, tradeshows, symposia, speaking engagements in support of CA promotional activities in collaboration with Global Congresses & Events team
Ensure compliance with content review and approval process
Establish best practices, ensure consistency and limit redundancies

Skills:
5-10+ years of product marketing experience
2-3 years Product Management experience preferred
Wide experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred
Demonstrated knowledge in molecular diagnostics and ability to manage multiple projects with content expertise
Experience supporting multiple product portfolios
Experience leading multiple product launches
Proficient in content creation including digital and social media
Expertise in channel marketing (multiple channels)
Strong experience in working with affiliates and regions to deploy marketing campaigns
Strong project management and critical thinking skills
Budget and resource management proficiency

Education:
University degree in Marketing/Business and/or Sciences, MBA preferred
