This is a remote, temporary position and will work CST hours.


Seeking a candidate who has experience with content creation, strategy and execution.

The Senior Communications Professional develops and coordinates lines of communication within the organization among employees.


The Senior Communications Professional implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees. Begins to influence departments strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Showcase Associate Well-Being (AWB) Employee Value Proposition (EVP) experiences in a variety of modalities: written, digital, social media, radio
• Plan with AWB cross-functional partners to develop communications strategy, key themes, positioning & messaging, and timing
• Draft communications including emails, Hi! articles, Leadership Matters posts, Buzz posts, and other deliverables within the plan
• Support execution of deliverables across all channels
• Provide strategic and creative marketing guidance for marketing collateral resourced through the Hive and assist with working through that process
• Assist with written and visual storytelling as needed across AWB

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Progressive marketing and/or advertising experience
Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
Experience communicating about well-being programs and benefits including open enrollment in large organizations
Background in health care communications
Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages
Prior supervisory experience combined with communications and go-to-market strategy experience
