The Engagement Design Mid - Senior Designer executes the design for integrated learning and engagement experiences within campaign and marketing content. The goal is to drive active use within the Creative Cloud apps and this role requires good knowledge of CC apps and the ability to assist in developing inspiring workflows that motivate users to make new content and build new skills.

This designer will work on a team with creatives from Adobe Studio and stakeholder partners to build out coordinated campaigns that drive deep engagement.

A strong drive to innovate and a solid pulse on new markets and social trends is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.

• Experience with conceptual design and problem-solving skills.

• Good ability to contribute innovative and on-strategy ideas which are highly resolved and meet the objectives of the assignment.

• Knowledge of new creative audiences and social trends

• Ability to collaborate with writers, designers, and creative technologists to assist with concepts.

• Great design, layout, and typography skills in a range of media across a broad range of projects.

• Good ability to work along side photographers, writers, other designers, and illustrators as necessary.

• Emerging leadership skills: ability to be level headed and work with the team to solve problems, keep each other motivated and work through situations to keep assignments on task.

• Ability to communicate design process and ideas effectively with creative and project management staff.

• Strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and or After Effects would be a nice plus.

Additional Requirements

• Portfolio of design work, with a focus on user-centered design is a must have. 

• Examples of innovative, experimental content experiences on social channels (IG/TT/YT)

• Experience in developing how-to or tutorial content on web or social platforms

• Experience in assisting to develop creative solutions across a broad range of media, including advertising, marketing, graphic design, and instructional design.

• Good knowledge of the creative process including time and resources needed to produce with quality work on time, and to specification.
