Job Description:

This is a remote, temporary position and currently approved through the end of the year but may be extended.

The Senior CRM Marketing Professional role within the Home Solutions Marketing team requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders, market leaders, and across teams of managers, professionals and analysts. This position will work closely with their leader and teammates, internal and external stakeholders to provide trusted counsel on marketing strategy, target audience development and activation strategies and annual planning to business partners. This role will develop data-driven strategies to meet business objectives, lead the core team through flawless execution, and measure success and report out learnings and insights, to continuously improve on the strategy.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Professional, you will:
• Create compelling and strategic marketing plans based on business objectives
• Develop, execute and manage integrated marketing communication campaigns and projects across traditional and digital marketing channels and platforms
• Play a leading role and act as a liaison between internal and external business partners and agencies, and cross-functional marketing partners to activate marketing plans and strategies
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
• Develop transformative and test & learn initiatives to uncover insights that lead to improved performance
• Use your project management and problem-solving skills, proactively demonstrate prompt follow-up and follow-through to resolve issues in order to successfully manage projects to completion within the planned time frame and budget
• Be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs to completion
• Develop a deep, working knowledge of the products, the healthcare industry and the regulatory agencies that govern us in order to develop messaging through effective communication channels
• Drive innovative thinking in a highly regulated environment guided by Legal counsel while balancing market level concerns around provider abrasion and steerage
• Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Leverage data, research, analytics and insights, and translate these into actionable measures to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance
• Be results oriented. Actively identify, obtain and analyze KPIs, campaign metrics and business metrics to report on impact of marketing strategies and recommend improvements to plan
• Work autonomously to plan out project/campaign requirements, timelines and demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills to implement multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proactive and prompt follow-up and follow-through to ensure projects track according to planned timelines and budgets
• Nimbly navigate ambiguity, proactively propose solutions, anticipate and effectively manage any hurdles to stay on track with project timelines
• Show close attention to detail and ensure flawless, high quality work
• Sense of curiosity, think outside the box and actively participate in conversations and meetings with business partners and key stakeholders to identify innovative ways to improve marketing strategies and campaigns
• Clear and concise presentation and written communication skills
• Build and cultivate relationship with business partners and key stakeholders to gain trust and confidence

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, health solutions or related field
• Experience and strong track record as a marketing project manager, including excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects
• Strong attention to detail and managing/prioritizing diverse projects. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
• Strong degree of proactivity/motivation. Be accountable for follow-through & follow-up
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of marketing metrics and program measurement
• Ability to work independently but effectively communicate status and issues
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fluid environment; flexible and accommodating to last minute additions and changes to schedules
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid experience working with or in a creative services or advertising agency environment
