Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment brand in Burbank, CA is seeking a Title Manager to join their streaming services team. This role is slated to go 12 months and could extend. Candidates must be local to LA. Role will start remote and move onsite once offices reopen. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage servicing orders of episodic, feature, and shorts content to all streaming services
  • Manage work across multiple vendors to ensure on time and right first time deliveries, including tracking and distribution required for subtitle and dubbing localization of content
  • Order validation of deliverables and timelines, QC remediation, review and approval of invoices, tracking and archiving of assets
  • Perform inventory research and work closely with territory teams to retrieve assets
  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise through all stages of content preparation, asset creation and deliver
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and ensure performance meets or exceeds standards and targets inclusive of time asset delivery and weekly milestones
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of the organization to achieve business objectives
  • All other duties assigned by Leadership


Required Education: BS or Equivalent

Additional Information: 

  • This needs to be a local candidate in Burbank- will be required to go on site in hybrid model soon- date to be determined.
  • Day to day- will be cataloging and servicing for feature and  branded catalog features
  • Will receive and manage orders for assets; will work with vendors to validate assets, order, track to completion and flag issues with assets- QC red flag issues
  • Also will be working with order management- we are in middle of 2 large launches and will be assisting with that as well


Must Haves:

  • familiarity of streaming services
  • familiarity w/legacy assets
  • knowledge of current formats- digital, packaging
  • know way around UHD /35mm sound tracking
  • must have come from this environment
