Associate Producer {18-month contract – Vancouver B.C Canada}

The Coalition is looking for dynamic and organized producer with a passion for game development to work with our Community and Data Insights team. In this role, you are responsible for managing one or more teams and working directly with the Executive Producer to drive features to completion.

Typical Day in the Role
• Milestone planning, execution, dependency management and evaluation of priorities
• Communicate goals to the team and motivate them to execute on time and at a high quality level.
• Proactive risk management and mitigation.
• Create, update, and present status and information to the Studio Leadership team.
• Identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.
• Management of Internal teams including non-development teams such as Data Insights and Community

Interaction level:
Highly interactive! Sitting virtually and interacting daily, fully integrated with the team. Meeting with the team virtually to complete tasks. Not a small project to go off and do but fully integrate with the team cohesively. The individual will also be working with Community and Data Insights team and executive producer.

Flex hours or remote?
9-6PM PST core hours, must be local or willing to relocate once offices reopen

Candidate Requirements
• At least 2+ years as an Associate Producer or Producer experience level
• Experience managing projects from end to end (planning, execution)
• Individual must be customer obsessed and have a desire to provide the best experience to the content creators and external players
• Ability to work in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)
• Understanding of risk management
• Experience working with high touch internal teams and presenting information to leadership
• Games and technical background experience a strong plus

Degrees or certifications required:
B.A. is not required but preferred
