Job Description:

Working in close coordination with the Sr. Manager Digital Planning and Assistant Manager Digital Planning to support planning operations of digital launches, campaigns, and reports to
drive efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence. Responsible for managing day to day operations of our digital calendars/trackers, as well as working with our x-functional partners to
always ensure accuracy of data. Partner with global + local teams to continue to advocate for planning platform needs and adǀancements to be able to accomplish our goals
within the best digital platforms, ecosystems, and processes.

x Own & and maintain key marketing activation calendars and trackers
x Seasonal plans delivered and translated to consolidated calendar sheet for tracking
x Ongoing maintenance of tracking sheet + overcommunication to partners; this role will
be entirely responsible for accuracy in our activation information and ensuring that
to date info at all times͘
x Maintain updated status reports on all marketing elements with clear action items,
deliverables, and follow-ups with cross-functional team members as needed to ensure
all project elements are on track.
x Partner with Launch/Meta data team to align Campaign Activation dates with HLD
changes, escalate calendar/activation risks, and communicate key changes to in-season
x Ensure workflows are in place to enable effective execution of the team goals
x Monitor and deliver against project timelines and KPIs
x Act as the central interface to coordinate, track, and communicate readiness and risk for
campaign activations/launches
x Proactively monitor the calendars and reports which includes identifying risks, changes
in launch dates and understanding our partners needs for a successful execution to
x Partner with our media, content, and operations teams to optimize our OTIF (on time/in
full) delivery of content to meet planned activations & deadlines.
x Support testing and rollout of future planning tools and processes with a digital first
POV, in an effort to better our go-to-market process and create a more connected
digital eco-system.

x Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
x Proficiency in Project Management tools (smartsheet, Jira is a plus)
